We ship within EU with DHL. Free shipping in the Netherlands on orders above 50 EUR and within EU above 75 EUR. On all other orders a shipping fee of 3,99 EUR applies. 

All orders are individually made and packaged within 3 working days or sooner if the capacity allows.  

If you are unsatisfied with your order you can return it with full refund within 14 days after you received the package. Please send an email to hello@treasurebeadsamsterdam.com with the reason for return and your order number, so that we can guide you on the return procedure. 

To get the refund the return items must be unused, undamaged and be returned in the original packaging. 

Treasure Beads Amsterdam reserve the rights to refuse returns and refunds. 

• Regularly wipe your Treasure Beads jewelry with a soft cloth to remove skin oils, humidity and dirt. 
• Store in a dark, dry place, such as a jewelry box or drawer. If possible store in an airtight bag. 
• Allow plenty of space between various items. 
• Avoid bringing your jewelry in contact with perfume, lotions, suncreams, hairspays and other substances.
